Dr Ana Silver
I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with mental health (stress, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma) for over 10 years with both adults and children services in Melbourne and London.
In my role with the National and Specialist Children services (CAMHS) I have delivered Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to young people and their parents/carers and provide training, supervision and consultation to a range of services within the NHS. I also work in an adult NHS service delivering Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) for trauma, depression and anxiety.

I also work with couples and families focussing on communication, attachment styles and managing emotion dysregulation and conflict interpersonally. Family work has focussed on eating issues with and emotion dysregulation, understanding family roles and systems and improving attachment and communication.
