Adult Therapy

Me and my colleagues see adults with a range of issues related to their mood, work or relationships. We use a range of skills and therapeutic approaches to provide therapy which will enable a person to reflect on their situation, find ways of expressing or understanding the things going on in their life and to develop new skills to help them cope with their situation.
If you decide to see me or my associates, sessions usually start with an exploration of the reasons you wanted to come to therapy and how you would prefer your life to be. We might ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire at start of session to understand your mood better and repeat it again at the end to see how things have progressed in therapy.
If you would like to work on change in-between appointments recommended books to read or skills to practice can be suggested. We will work together to build your confidence and self-esteem with a view to developing hidden strengths to make positive changes happen in your life.
