I am a Chartered Doctor of Counselling Psychology with over 10 years of clinical experience in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in the NHS and private setting including work with corporate clients, at The Harley Street Clinic, the National Crime Agency and NHS specialist services for adult ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). I have also been employed to provide care as a staff counsellor.

In my private practice I can help you with anxiety, health anxiety, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), workplace stress, depression, anger and low self-esteem and confidence. I also specialise in personality disorder, drug and alcohol abuse and male focused issues which can include anger management and sexual identity. I am passionate about building trusting relationships with my clients.

I use an integrative therapy model approach, meaning I can tailor the therapies I am trained in to suit your issues and needs. I have extensive experience of the following approaches: person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment therapy.

I am experienced at working with clients from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and I am committed to making you feel heard and welcomed.
